Solid Microsphere

Solid Spheres are fine, grey amorphous powder, rich in silica & alumina and spherical in shape that are highly reactive and have water reducing characteristics and pozzolanic reaction. Being a cermaic products, they are also UV transparent down to 25 nm finds utility in radiation curable and thin-film powder coatings.

These unique Ceramic Micropshere are fine particle size with high-strength These products are typically used to :

  • Increase filler loadings0
  • Reduce VOC levels
  • Increase hardness, burnish, scrub
  • Offer abrasion resistance to a variety of coating formulations

These products are best dispersed by using sand, ball and roller mills. For optimal dispersion, FILLIT microspheres must be added to the grind stage along with pigments and other filler materials. Addition of a dispersant will further aid in the dispersion of these products.

Ceramic Hollow Beads :

It is called hollow cenosphere. Including some gases in the balls and clean by cenosphere process. The hollow beads function as pockets of encapsulated air within the explosive matrix. When the explosive is detonated, the pockets of air become hot spots that concentrate the explosive and generate high temperatures.

Hollow Bubbles :

Hollow bubbles are nano particles having size between 10 to 300 micron & hard surface shell with Alumino & silicate contains. They characteristics like hire consisting strength free flowing, and lower density.

Indiacenosphere is a leading Exporter, Manufacturer & Supplier of Hollow Bubbles. We have great expertise in manufacturing string of Hollow Bubbles. It is just a fraction of the density of resins. In weight, it takes little addition of Hollow Glass Microsphere to displace heavy materials. Simultaneously they reduce density and add volume. If buoyancy is a only criteria, than Potters Hollow Spheres is unbeatable in any standards. In addition they also saves material costs; microspheres are just a fraction of cost of resins as far as volume is concerned.

Hollow Balloons :

Hollow Balloons are hollow sphere micro particles. It has ceramic properties and the basic contents are Alumina & Silica having Particle size is up to 500 microns. It has low density due to pressurized gas inside.

Floating Fly Ash Balloons :

It is estimated that Fly Ash Balloons are present to an extent of about 1 % in flyash from thermal plants. Because of low density and hollow nature they float in the lagoons where fly ash is discharged. The float is collected, further isolation is carried by froth flotation and dried. Final extraction is carried out in a pneumatic conveying system connected to a tribo electric separator. In the tribo separator the fly ash is divided into three fractions. Here the cenospheres are separated from carbon and iron. The product is then graded for different end uses.
